Your baby can't care for themselves, you care for them. If you are finding it difficult to put your baby in clean diapers, or you need any of the other items we provide, please let us help you and your child.
Get started by filling out the online application form. Then choose a location that is convenient for you and show up when the location is open to get help for your child.

Show up on time
Make sure to show up on time at your chosen location so that we can devote the appropriate time to address your needs. Hours vary by location so please don't be late.
Fill out / Update forms
We are changing to an online application form. Even if you've filled out a paper application form in the past, please click the link and fill out the online form.
Provide ID
Provide 2 forms of ID for yourself and 1 form of ID for your child(ren) (first visit only or if there are changes).
Acceptable forms of ID include: driver's license, state ID, proof of address, birth certificate, social security card, Medicaid card, or SNAP card.Receive Free Items
Based on your needs and our supply, we will do our very best to provide the necessary items you request at no charge.

We serve counties in both Indiana and Illinois. Our locations around the Wabash Valley are here to help address your needs. All locations have similar items but quantities may vary.
While we do not deliver, we encourage you to visit whichever location most convenient for you and your child.
