Terms of Service

Please read this Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the https://coveredwithloveinc.org website (the “Website”) operated by Covered With Love, Inc. (“us”, we”, “our”), a 501(c)3 nonprofit diaper bank formed in Terre Haute, Indiana that serves the Wabash Valley in Indiana and Illinois. These Terms of Service contains important information regarding limitations of our ability. Your access to and use of this Website is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including but not limited to visitors, users and others, who wish to access and use the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.

Our Services

Covered With Love, Inc. provides diapers, training pants, baby wipes, and baby hygiene products to families that are experiencing diaper need or crisis. There is absolutely no cost to you for any of these items for your child. We provide these services to parents and families at all of our Covered With Love locations in the Wabash Valley although supplies may vary by location.

Application Form

We require on your first visit to any of our locations that you fill out a Covered With Love Application for Services Form (“Form”). This is a general form that all clients must fill out without exception. You are also required to update the Form if you need additional services for an additional child(ren) or if there is a change in your information on the Form. Information requested/provided on the Form is for statistical purposes only and helps us track our inventory of diapers and training pants.

Covered With Love, Inc. will never discriminate providing services to anyone. We will never discriminate in any of our activities or operations on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.

Identification

We require that you bring identification on your first visit when you are filling out a Form for both you and your child(ren). You must provide 2 forms of ID for yourself and 1 form of ID for each child. Acceptable forms of adult identification includes:

  • Driver’s License
  • State ID
  • Proof of Address
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Medicaid Card
  • Food Stamps Card

Acceptable forms of child identification includes:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Medicaid Card

Residency Requirements

Covered With Love, Inc. has no residency requirements for people experiencing diaper need or crisis. No matter if you live in the Wabash Valley or you don’t, it is our mission to provide families in need or crisis with the diapers, training pants, wipes, and hygiene products that your child needs.

Frequency

Covered With Love, Inc. allows a person or family to receive up to a month’s supply of items once every 30 days. The only exception is if a location’s supply is exhausted and a follow-up date is communicated to you when the remaining supply will be available.

We do not allow clients to visit multiple locations for additional supplies within 30 days. If you need to receive items for another child that was not originally on your Application Form, an exception can be made for that child only with a revision to the Application Form.

Availability

We provide items to address diaper need at all of our Covered With Love locations. There are several locations throughout the Wabash Valley. You may select whichever location is most convenient to you. Some locations require an appointment, others do not. It is recommended that you refer to our GET HELP page and review all of the locations, their days and hours of operation, and appointment requirements.

Please be advised, all Covered With Love, Inc. locations are closed on holidays.

Appointments

Covered With Love, Inc. reserves the right to suspend service to a parent/guardian for 30 days after their next eligibility date to receive diapers if the parent/guardian is a “no call, no show” two times without notifying their Covered With Love location prior to the appointment. Parents/Guardians are made aware of this policy at their initial appointment and are required to sign the Form indicating this policy was communicated to them. Parents/Guardians are also reminded of this policy if they call for an appointment.

Covered With Love, Inc. also expects parents/guardians to arrive at their allotted appointment time only, be on time or call if they will be running late. Just as we are courteous and respectful of you, we expect the same from you. If a parent/guardian does not behave appropriately, Covered With Love, Inc. has the right to deny service and ask the parent/guardian to leave the premise immediately. We will never allow our Covered With Love Parent Liaisons to be treated in such a manner or feel unsafe!

Pick Up Only – No Delivery

Covered With Love, Inc. has many locations in the Wabash Valley area, however, we do not deliver items to you. You are required to pick up items from any of our locations. You may not send a substitute to pick up items unless that person has been previously listed on the Application Form. We will also not allow any third-party delivery service (ex. Door Dash, Uber, etc.) to pick up items for you.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Covered With Love, Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding products and services offered and expressly disclaims any responsibility for liability for any damage, loss, irritation, or injury arising from services or products provided by our our organization, sponsors, donors, or advertisers and are not liable for any illnesses, injuries, or death of any kind.

Changes To Terms Of Service

Covered With Love, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service at any time without any prior notice.

Covered With Love, Inc. reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to the Terms of Service will become effective when we post the revised Terms of Service on the Website. The latest update to the Terms of Service will be reflected in the “Date Updated” information on this webpage.
