(“we”, “us”, “our”) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit diaper bank formed and located in Terre Haute, Indiana which serves the greater Wabash Valley area in Indiana and Illinois. We are a member of the National Diaper Bank Network.

Covered With Love highly values your privacy. We ask that you please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Website, as this Privacy Policy contains important information regarding your privacy and how we may use information we collect about you. Your access to and use of the Website is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to everyone, including, but not limited to visitors, users, and others, who wish to access the Website. If you disagree with any part of the Privacy Policy, then you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.

Information You Provide

Covered With Love collects information in different ways when you interact with us, including when you:

  • Submit an application for services as a client
  • Enroll in our newsletter service
  • Request information, notification, or other communications from us
  • Use any interactive portions of our Website
  • Visit and/or interact with us through social media platforms

Information you submit may include your name, email address, street address, phone number, etc. (this list is not exhaustive). The information may be used to provide you with the information or services that you have requested. You will not be denied services (i.e. diapers, wipes, or hygiene products for your child) based on the information that you provide or may not be able to provide.

Information We May Collect

Covered With Love may obtain and retain certain information when you interact with our Website, emails, or social media posts. We may use this information to enhance our services to the community, create a more personalized experience, evaluate the effectiveness of our operation, or to support marketing campaigns to bring more attention to diaper need in the Wabash Valley.

When you access and interact with the Website, our host provider collects certain information about those visits. For example, in order to connect to the Website, our host servers receive and record information about your computer, device, and browser including potentially your IP address, browser type, and other software/hardware information. While Covered With Love does have access to this aggregated information, it is not something that we review regularly for any purpose.

Covered With Love does not currently allow online comments to any articles, blog posts, services, etc. If we allow any type of access to make comments in the future, we collect the data shown in the comment form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Cookies would be stored on your computing device(s) with that access.


Visitors to the Website can download and extract any location data from images. Covered With Love only allows compressed images, fonts, scalable vector graphics (SVG) icons, pdf documents, etc. to be uploaded by the Website administrator. We take every effort to prevent uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included and actively strip all meta data from images prior to uploading to the Website media library. 

If we allow any type of media access in the future, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data and strip all meta data.

Clients may be requested to provide permission for Covered With Love, Inc. to use their images in event photography on the Website. Event photography may be used on the Website, including photographs of volunteers and recognizable local businesses that are supporting the event. We will not provide unique identifying information of any client or volunteer. You may request that we remove any specific photograph with your image from the Website.

Analytics Programs

This Website does not currently use any analytics programs to collect information about you and your online behaviors. If Covered With Love ever decides in the future to use an analytics program to collect information about you and your online behaviors, we will provide a link where you may opt out.

Third-Party Websites & Embedded Content

Articles on this site may include hyperlinks and embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Covered With Love does not allow anyone except the website administrator to access the Website. Any individual that is granted online access will have a unique username and secure password created for their account. To protect the integrity of the information contained within our Website, you should not disclose or otherwise reveal your account and password information to third parties.

We will collect any data changes created by these accounts (i.e. new pages, posts, media, etc.), the user’s IP address and browser information will be collected and will have cookies stored on their computing device(s) with that access. 

Location of Data

The Website is hosted in and managed from the United States. If you are a user located outside the United States, you need to understand and consent to having any personal information processed in the United States. Who We Share Your Data With

Unless required by law, Covered With Love, Inc. does not provide personal data about any client, visitor, or user with any outside entity. Any reviews posted on the Website are always anonymously listed. Without exception, the only full names listed on the Website are current Covered With Love, Inc. Board Members and Article authors.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Covered With Love, Inc. does not currently allow any visitor to leave comments, upload media, or access the Website. If any changes occur in the future, be advised that if you:

  • Leave a comment, the comment and the metadata are retained indefinitely
  • Upload any media, the media and any metadata are retained indefinitely
  • Register for access on the Website, we store the personal information that you provide in the user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete personal information at any time (except the username cannot be modified). The Website administrator can also see and edit that information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

Covered With Love, Inc. currently does not allow the ability to leave comments. If this changes in the future and you have an account on the Website, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Covered With Love, Inc. currently only allows visitors to send messages through the Website contact form and to sign up to receive future newsletters through an online form in the footer. Information transmitted through those forms may be checked through automated spam detection services provided by Google when received in the organization’s official Gmail account.

Steps We Take To Protect Personal Information

Covered With Love, Inc. takes reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal information. For example, a personal information maintained as hard copy records may be kept in locked locations and/or cabinets. We restrict who has access to personal information. Volunteers that violate our privacy and security policy are subject to disciplinary action up to and including removal.

We require the service providers who have access to your information to maintain the security of your information. We also mandate that our service providers only use the information solely for providing the services we request.

We also work to reasonable safeguards to protect your information in electronic format. However, we cannot ensure or guarantee the security of your information, so any information you provide to us is ultimately done at your own risk.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Covered With Love, Inc. reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Website.
