WTWO Founders Day Project 2026
Event Information
Description
WTWO supports a local non-profit organization for their Founder’s Day Project. This year, WTWO selected Covered With Love as the organization for this year’s volunteering project. WTWO donated 17,000 diapers and 37,000 wipes! That is 680 packages serving 340 babies. What a blessing!
In addition, WTWO plans to repackage all of the diapers and wipes into bundles that can be distributed to babies in need in the Wabash Valley. We were astonished by the large donation and greatly appreciate the announcement news story that will bring awareness of the diaper need crisis in the Wabash Valley.
Listen to this WTWO Interview between WTWO’s Digital Anchor Brooke Hill and Covered With Love’s Angie Francis where they discuss the difficulties many families in the Wabash Valley have getting diapers for their child and CWL’s mission to provide diapers for those children.
